Ordering & Payment

How do I find the right part for my vehicle?

Enter your vehicle registration number in the search bar at the top of the page. Our system will identify your vehicle and show only compatible parts. You can also browse by category or search by part number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.

Can I order by phone?

Yes, you can call any of our branches during opening hours to place an order. Our team will be happy to help you find the right part and process your order over the phone.

Delivery & Collection

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 2–4 working days. Express delivery (next working day) is available on orders placed before 2pm. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.

Is delivery free?

Yes, we offer free standard delivery on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 have a small delivery charge. Click & Collect is always free.

How does Click & Collect work?

Select Click & Collect at checkout and choose your preferred branch. You will receive an email or SMS when your order is ready. Simply visit the branch with your order confirmation and collect your parts. Most orders are ready within a few hours.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns policy on most items. Parts must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Electrical items and special-order parts may have different terms — please see our full Return Policy for details.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

I ordered the wrong part. Can I exchange it?

Yes, you can return incorrect parts within 30 days for an exchange or refund. To avoid ordering the wrong part, we recommend using the vehicle registration lookup when ordering to ensure compatibility.

Are your parts genuine OE quality?

We stock a mix of OE (Original Equipment) parts and trusted aftermarket brands such as Bosch, Mann, Sachs, LUK, Brembo, and many more. All parts meet or exceed manufacturer specifications.

Do parts come with a warranty?

Yes, most parts come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Some brands offer extended warranties. Warranty details are shown on the product page.
