30-Day Returns — You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange.

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
Email or call us with your order number and reason for return.
Post the item to us or drop it off at any of our branches.
Refund processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the item.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free collection and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any delivery charges.
Please take photos of any damage and include them when contacting us to help speed up the process.
