Hassle-Free Returns Policy

Sometimes parts don’t fit, or you simply change your mind—we understand. That’s why we make returning items as simple as possible. You can return products within 60 days of delivery if they are unused, unfitted, and in their original packaging.

If your item is faulty, we’ll be happy to arrange a refund or exchange.

How to Return

You have three easy options:

1. Branch Return

• Email us to get a Returns Authorisation Reference.
• Complete the Returns Form sent to you.
• Bring the items to your nearest branch with all paperwork.
• The branch will issue you a Proof of Return and forward the goods to our head office.

* Keep your Proof of Return safe—without it, we may not be able to verify your claim.

Note: Refunds are processed by head office only, not in-branch.

2. Postal Return

• Email us for a Returns Authorisation Reference.
• Print and complete the Returns Form.
• Repackage the items securely with all paperwork inside.

• Send them to our central returns address (use a tracked service for peace of mind):

Once received, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

3. Collection

If you’d prefer, we can arrange collection. This may incur a charge unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

We aim to process all returns within 14 working days.
