Made for all kinds of users, from professionals to home mechanics, this industry standard OBD II reader pinpoints why the vehicle’s engine light is showing. The reader requires no battery, it plugs straight into the vehicle’s connection point for it to power up. It is compatible with all petrol vehicles from 1996 and diesel vehicles from 2004 that are OBD II compliant (including CAN). The tool provides clear generic and manufacturer specific Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) to be able to turn off the check engine light. It also determines malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) status, reviews emission readiness status and retrieves VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) on 2002 and newer vehicles that support ‘mode 9’. The product is supplied with an in-depth user manual which explains generic diagnostic codes and operation instructions. Not compatible with motorcycles and hybrid & electric vehicles. Please note, for your vehicle to be OBD II compliant, it must have a 16-pin DLC (Data Link Connector) and the Vehicle Emission Control Information Label must state that the vehicle is OBD II compliant. Please check before purchasing. Suitable for vehicles that are OBD II compliant (including CAN). Determines MIL status. Reviews the emission readiness status of OBD monitors. Hassle-Free Returns Policy

Sometimes parts don’t fit, or you simply change your mind—we understand. That’s why we make returning items as simple as possible. You can return products within 60 days of delivery if they are unused, unfitted, and in their original packaging.

If your item is faulty, we’ll be happy to arrange a refund or exchange.

How to Return

You have three easy options:

1. Branch Return
  • Email us to get a Returns Authorisation Reference.
  • Complete the Returns Form sent to you.
  • Bring the items to your nearest branch with all paperwork.
  • The branch will issue you a Proof of Return and forward the goods to our head office.

* Keep your Proof of Return safe—without it, we may not be able to verify your claim.

Note: Refunds are processed by head office only, not in-branch.

2. Postal Return
  • Email us for a Returns Authorisation Reference.
  • Print and complete the Returns Form.
  • Repackage the items securely with all paperwork inside.

Once received, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

3. Collection

If you’d prefer, we can arrange collection. This may incur a charge unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
