Bring the items to your nearest branch with all paperwork.

The branch will issue you a Proof of Return and forward the goods to our head office.
* Keep your Proof of Return safe—without it, we may not be able to verify your claim.
Note: Refunds are processed by head office only, not in-branch.
2. Postal Return
Once received, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
3. Collection
If you’d prefer, we can arrange collection. This may incur a charge unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
